What is your refund policy?

There are no refunds after 1st session/lesson has started.

What is your cancellation fee?

You must provide 48 hours' notice; otherwise, a $60 fee will be applied to your account.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my driving lesson?

Should you need to reschedule a lesson, you may do so by logging into your account on our website. You must cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a $60 late cancellation fee. 

Drivers Ed Class

Do I need a temporary permit to start class?

No permit is required to take the driver's ed class. The student must be 15.5 years old by the first day of class.

What happens if I miss a class?

You will have to make it up at the next class that is offered.

Does the classroom have to be completed to start behind-the-wheel?

Yes. Once you have completed the class and have your permit, you can schedule your driving lesson through our website.

The completion time depends on students' behind-the-wheel practice, scheduling flexibility, and instructor availability.

What if I forgot my username and password?

Do you offer home pick-up and drop-off?

No, you must get to our office or our approved pick-up locations

When can I start the behind-the-wheel lessons?

You can start driving lessons after you have completed the 24 hours of online instruction with a completion certificate, or after the 24 hours of classroom instruction are complete, and you are paid in full. 

Are your instructors licensed?

Yes, each of our instructors is state-licensed to teach classroom and behind-the-wheel training for all age groups.

Can I use my own car ?

No, our vehicles have safety features (passenger brake, passenger mirror, student-driver signs, etc.) that aren't standard in standard vehicles. 

Do I need to have my own car insurance for behind-the-wheel?

No, you're covered under our commercial insurance during all behind-the-wheel training
